Private family reading, copyright, family voices, and subscriptions.
Effective October 29, 2026. By using Telli you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. What Telli does
Telli, provided by TopoMind, turns printed books your family already has into books that read aloud. Page recognition, narration, and family voices are produced by AI services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Private family reading
Books you make are for your family's private reading and learning. Do not publish, sell, or share the generated audio, recognized text, or page images outside your family.
3. Copyright
You confirm that you have the right to photograph and process the books you use, for example books you own or have borrowed for home reading. Telli offers no sharing, export, or publishing features. Follow the publisher's terms and the law where you live.
4. Family voices
- Record only your own voice, and read the consent statement yourself, word for word. Do not record or imitate other people, public figures, or children.
- A family voice is used only to read your books in Telli. Recording family voices is a Plus feature.
- Google checks the consent and returns a voice key valid for 7 days, without storing the voice. The recordings and key stay on your devices and in iCloud, and the app renews the key before it expires. You can delete the voice at any time in 朗读声音 (Reading Voice); deleting your account deletes it too.
- After a subscription ends, books you already made keep playing; narrating new books in a family voice requires an active Plus subscription.
5. Check AI results
Recognition, segmentation, and narration can contain mistakes. Please review the text and page order before your child listens. Re-narrating after you edit text uses page allowance.
6. Subscriptions
- Free: 3 books and 45 pages in total, up to 15 pages per book.
- Telli Plus, monthly or yearly: up to 15 books and 300 pages each month, plus family voices. The yearly plan is billed once a year; the allowance still renews monthly and unused pages do not carry over.
- Page packs (50 or 150 pages) are one-time purchases for active Plus subscribers. They add pages only, not books, and do not renew.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
7. Changes and liability
We may improve or adjust features; changes that affect paid entitlements will be announced in the app in advance and will not reduce pages you have already paid for in the current period. To the extent permitted by law, Telli is provided as is, without a guarantee that recognition or narration is error-free.
